The drilling mud pump is in the process of drilling with high pressure to the bottom of the transport of high viscosity, high proportion of drilling fluid and low sand content, to cool the drill bit, bottom hole, broke rock, carrying out cuttings returning from the bottom, it is one of the most important equipment of oil drilling process. The design and manufacture of the drilling mud pump meets the requirements of API Spec 7K specification. The drilling mud pump is mostly horizontal type three cylinder single acting reciprocating piston pump. It consists of power end assembly, fluid end assembly and lubrication system and cooling system. The crankshaft of the pump is driven by a power machine to rotate, and the power is transferred from the crankshaft to the crosshead to move the piston in reciprocating motion in the pump cylinder. Under the alternating action of suction and discharge valve, the purpose of pressing and circulating mud fluid is realized.
